Query Mode is fully available in the Lite version as well. It can be used not just with ComponentOne bound controls, such as True DBGrid, but with any Microsoft and third-party bound controls as well. To enable Query Mode in True DataControl Lite, you must use bind your data-aware controls directly to TDataLite. See Binding data-aware controls to a TDataLite control for more information.
