ComponentOne Sizer 8.0
Adding the SizerOne Components to the Toolbox

C1Elastic, C1Tab, and C1Awk are the components used to handle both simple and complex sizing; create notebook-style and Outlook-style tabs; and automatically slice and dice strings to any Visual Basic project.

To use the SizerOne components, they must be added to the Visual Studio Toolbox:

  1. Open the Visual Basic IDE (Microsoft's Integrated Development Environment). Make sure the Toolbox is visible (if necessary, select Toolbox in the View menu).

  2. To set up the SizerOne components to appear on their own tab, right-click anywhere in the Toolbox and select Add Tab from the context menu.

  3. Enter a tab name, for example, “SizerOne”, in the dialog box and click OK.

  4. Select the new tab and then right-click the gray area under that tab and select Components from the context menu. The Components dialog box opens.

  5. In the Components dialog box, find and select ComponentOne Sizer/Tab Controls 8.0. Click OK.
