TimeLabelsEvent Annotation (X-axis only)

TimeLabelsEvent automatically generates X-axis annotation along a time scale as for TimeLabels annotations, but calls the FormatAxisAnno event before actually using the label. This allows user code places in the FormatAxisAnno event to modify the text and color before the display of the label occurs. This is the only annotation method that allows color changes for individual time annotations.

Note: The chart type for TimeLabelsEvent cannot be Pie, Radar, Filled Radar, or Polar.
