Time Base

Use the Base property to set the starting point that the time-axis is measured from. You can specify the base in a common “mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss” format, between January 1, 1970 and January 19, 2038. For example, to specify 3:00 pm on June 15, 1996, set the Base property to “06/15/96 15:00”.
