SliceStyle Tab (ChartStyles)

The Offset textbox allows you to position a pie section away from the rest of the chart.

Chart2D.ChartArea.Pie.OtherSliceStyle.Offset.Value

The Display dropdown allows you to specify if a specific section of the pie is shown or hidden.
