Use the axis TitleRotation property to rotate the axis title to either 90 or 270 degrees counterclockwise. Rotation is only visible on vertical axes (that is, Y or Y2 unless the ChartArea IsHorizontal property has been set to invert the chart orientation). 270-degree rotation usually looks best on the Y2-axis.
TitleRotation is located on the Title Tab (Axes) on the Property Pages.
