Use the Axes DataMin and DataMax properties to frame a chart at specific data values. Their IsDefault properties set the chart to use the minimum and maximum values in the data. These properties are located on the Scale Tab (Axes) on the Property Pages.
Note that you cannot set the Axes DataMin and DataMax properties for Polar, Radar and Filled Radar charts.
