FileExplorer allows you to sort and filter files and folders based on their name, without any coding.

Sorting

Click the column header in the file browser to sort. For example, to sort files and folders alphabetically, click the Name header row. Click again to sort in reverse order.

The following image shows the files and folders in the file browser, sorted in alphabetical order.

The following image shows the files and folders in the right pane, sorted in increasing order of their size.

Filtering

Find files easily with the filter textbox located at the top of the FileExplorer. To filter files, enter the name of the file you want to find in the filter textbox. The FileExplorer automatically filters out the files based on the alphabets entered, as shown in the image below.
