If the Show Export to Excel Command property is enabled for a C1FlexGrid control, the Export button will appear on the C1FlexGrid command bar.
This property is part of the built-in LightSwitch Data Grid; however C1FlexGrid adds the ability to export to Excel even if your LightSwitch application is deployed to the web. The built-in Data Grid export feature is not available for web deployments.
To export data to Excel at runtime, click the Export button and specify a location for the output file (in .csv, .txt, or .html format).
