Selected appointments can be easily removed from your schedule.
- Select the appointment you would like to remove from the schedule.
- Click the Delete key on your keyboard. The appointment is removed from the schedule.
You can also delete an appointment by clicking the Delete button 
within the Appointment dialog box.
