ProtectWorkBookStructure Property
Example 

Sets or returns a value indicating whether Excel will let the user add, delete, reorder, or rename sheets in the workbook.
Syntax

Property Value

Boolean.  The default value is False.
Example
DataDynamics.SpreadBuilder.Workbook sb = new DataDynamics.SpreadBuilder.Workbook();
sb.ProtectWorkBookStructure = true;
Dim sb As New DataDynamics.SpreadBuilder.Workbook
sb.ProtectWorkBookStructure = True
