IsMerged Method
Example 

The zero-based row where the cell to check for merged status resides.
The zero-based column where the cell to check for merged status resides.
Sets or returns a value indicating whether the specified cell's XFRecord has its fMergeCell member set to True.
Syntax

Parameters

row
The zero-based row where the cell to check for merged status resides.
column
The zero-based column where the cell to check for merged status resides.

Return Value

Boolean. The default value is False.
