CreateFramesetPage Property (HtmlExport)
Example 

Sets or returns a value indicating whether the HTML pages appear in a frame set.  If set to True, any bookmark entries appear on the left, and the report document contents appear on the right. The resulting file will use the specified filename with the extension ".frame.html".
