You can change the style of your table on the Table Design Tools tab, and you can change the color scheme for your entire report, including the table, on the Report tab.

To change table styles

Click the table to reveal the Table Design Tools tab in the toolbar.
Select the Table Design Tools tab, and in the Style section, select the style you want to use.
The table shades and borders change to reflect the selected style. For information on Table Header, Details and Footer rows, see Adding a Table Footer.

To change report color schemes

In the toolbar, select the Report tab.
In the Theme section, select the color scheme you want to apply to the entire report.
