Parameters

creator

A System.Drawing.Design ToolboxItemCreatorCallback delegate.

format

A String that describes the data format that the creator handles.

host

A System.ComponentModel.Design IDesignerHost interface to associate with the creator. (This is not available in Visual Studio 2008.) If null (or Nothing in VB), the creator is available to any designer.
