	BookmarkDictionary	Returns a GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Extensibility.Rendering.Components.IMetadataDictionary containing the bookmarks for the report.
	Settings	Gets the GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Extensibility.Rendering.ISettings to use while rendering a report. This points back to the settings on the HtmlRenderingExtension class.
