sorting Field

The sorting event handler is a function that is called before the sorting operation is started. This event is cancellable. The allowSorting option must be set to "true" for this event to fire.

Remarks

You can bind to the event either by type or by name. Bind to the event by name: $("#element").wijgrid({ sorting: function (e, args) { // some code here }}); Bind to the event by type: $("#element").bind("wijgridsorting", function (e, args) { // some code here });
