IFlippedEventArgs Interface

Provides data for the flipped event of the wijflipcard.

	backPanel	The back panel.
	frontPanel	The front panel.
	isFlipped	Indicates the flipped is flipped or not, if the back panel is showing, the value is true; otherwise, it's false
