To automatically install Spread from the FarPoint Products CD-ROM, follow these steps:
- Place the CD-ROM in the drive.
- If the CD-ROM does not autostart on your system, run FPINSTALL.EXE.
- Click Spread 8.0.
- Click Install Spread.
- If a File Download dialog appears, choose the Run from current location... option.
- If a Security Warning dialog appears, click Yes.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to install the product, noting the following:
- If you are installing the licensed version of Spread, when prompted type your Product Key and Serial Number in the fields provided and then click Next.
- If you are installing the trial version of Spread, leave the Product Key and Serial Number fields blank and then click Next.
