GetRow Method (ExcelWorksheet)

Gets the row at the specified column index

Parameters

index: The zero-based index of the row.
create: If set to true. It will create the column if the row is null at the specified index when the index is in the valid range

Return Value

An IExcelRow instance represent the column at the specified index
