FormatterBase Constructor
GC.Spread.Formatter Namespace > FormatterBase type : FormatterBase Constructor
The format.
The culture name.
Represents a custom formatter with the specified format string.
Syntax
var instance = new GC.Spread.Formatter.FormatterBase(format, cultureName);
function FormatterBase( 
   format : string,
   cultureName : string
) : FormatterBase;
