This example prevents resizing.

    var sheet = spread.getActiveSheet();

    //Prohibit resizing of Column 2.
    sheet.setColumnResizable(1, false);

    //Prohibit resizing of Row 2 to Row 3.
    sheet.setRowResizable(1, false);
    sheet.setRowResizable(2, false);
});
