Advance Event (SuperEditBase)


Occurs when the AutoAdvance property is set to true and the focus moves to the next or previous control in response to an arrow key being pressed.

Remarks

The user can press the arrow keys to move the focus through the tab order of the controls, as determined by the TabIndex property, when the AutoAdvance property is set to true. The user can press the Up Arrow or Left Arrow key to move the cursor to the previous control and the Down Arrow or Right Arrow key to move the cursor to the next control.

The Advance event occurs when the user performs one of the following actions:

If the AutoAdvance property is set to false (its default value), the Advance event does not occur.
