Whether to ignore the row header cells
Gets the height in pixels of the tallest cell (based on text content) in the specified row on this sheet.

Row index

Whether to ignore the row header cells

Return Value

Single-precision, floating-point number of pixels of the width of the cell with the tallest text in the column
