IsEmpty Method (BaseSheetStyleModel)

Determines whether the model has no style settings.

Return Value

Boolean: true if the no styles in the style model; false otherwise
Remarks
This implementation always returns true.
Example
This example illustrates the use of this member by returning whether any styles exist in the model.
