IsExcelFile(String) Method

String that contains the path and file name
Opens the specified file and determines whether it meets the minimal requirements to be considered an Excel file.

Parameters

fileName
String that contains the path and file name

Return Value

Boolean: true if it is an Excel file; false otherwise
Example
This example opens the file if it is an Excel file.
string s = "c:\\test.xls";
bool b = fpSpread1.IsExcelFile(s);
if (b)

fpSpread1.OpenExcel(s);
}
