if set to true is not between.
The first value
if set to true, indicates that the firstValue parameter is the first formula
The second value
if set to true, indicates that the secondValue parameter is the second formula

isNotBetween
if set to true is not between.
firstValue
The first value
isFirstFormula
if set to true, indicates that the firstValue parameter is the first formula
