Spread for ASP.NET 9.0 Product Documentation
UseClipboard Property
Example

Gets or sets whether to access the Clipboard with client-side scripting.
Syntax
'Declaration

Public Property UseClipboard As Boolean
'Usage

Dim instance As FpSpread
Dim value As Boolean

instance.UseClipboard = value

value = instance.UseClipboard
public bool UseClipboard {get; set;}

Property Value

Boolean: true to allow use of the Clipboard by client-side scripting; false to restrict use of the Clipboard from client-side scripting
Remarks

Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0 (IE7) pops up a warning when Spread client scripting accesses the Clipboard. To avoid this issue, you could either ask the end users to change their IE7 settings or you can set this property to false. When this property is set to false, Spread does not access the Clipboard with client scripting. The copy and paste operations still work inside of Spread. But you are not able to copy data from Spread to another application or copy data from another application to Spread.

In FireFox and Chrome, if the UseClipboard property is true then Spread uses the system Clipboard for copy and paste. If this property is false, Spread uses an internal Clipboard. The UseClipBoard property does not have an effect in Safari on the iPad.

Example
FpSpread1.UseClipboard = false;
FpSpread1.UseClipboard = False
