Gets the formula in the cell of the specified row and column.

var ret = GetFormula(row,column);
String with the formula in the specified cell or an empty string if no formula is specified
This method returns a formula as a string. Both row and column indexes must be integer values and must be valid. For a list of the operators and functions that appear in formulas, refer to the Formula Reference. The formula starts with an equals sign (=).
