IgnoresValues Method


Index of the argument
Determines whether the function ignores cells values passed to the specified argument.

Index of the argument

Return Value

Boolean: true if the function ignores the values ; false if it uses and does not ignore the values
Remarks
This method is used by the COLUMN, COLUMNS, ROW, and ROWS functions to indicate that values in an cell/range reference are not used (that is, only the indices of the cell reference or range reference is used). This method allows the spreadsheet to ignore circular references created by calls to the COLUMN, COLUMNS, ROW, ROWS functions.
