Example

Gets or sets whether the row header displays letters or numbers or is blank.
Syntax
'Declaration

Public Property AutoText As HeaderAutoText
'Usage

Dim instance As RowHeader
Dim value As HeaderAutoText

instance.AutoText = value

value = instance.AutoText
public HeaderAutoText AutoText {get; set;}

Property Value

HeaderAutoText setting
Remarks

If your component displays multiple row headers, set the AutoTextIndex property to specify which row header column contains the automatic text.

This property does not have an effect unless the Visible property is set to true. If the component displays multiple headers, this property does not have an effect if the column displaying the automatic text (specified by the AutoText property) is hidden.

Use the ColumnHeader object's AutoText property to specify whether the column headers display letters, numbers, or are blank.

Example
This example sets the row header to have three columns and to display the letters in the second of the three columns in the row header.
FarPoint.Web.Spread.RowHeader rhdr;
rhdr = FpSpread1.ActiveSheetView.RowHeader;
rhdr.ColumnCount = 3;                                              //  row header has three columns
rhdr.AutoText = FarPoint.Web.Spread.HeaderAutoText.Letters;        //  row header displays letters
rhdr.AutoTextIndex = 1;                                            //  automatic text in second zero-index row
Dim rhdr As FarPoint.Web.Spread.RowHeader
rhdr = FpSpread1.ActiveSheetView.RowHeader
rhdr.ColumnCount = 3                                              ' row header has three columns
rhdr.AutoText = FarPoint.Web.Spread.HeaderAutoText.Letters        ' row header displays letters
rhdr.AutoTextIndex = 1                                            ' automatic text in second zero-index row
