Saves the range of cells in a sheet to a text file with the specified name, formatting settings, and delimiters.

row: Starting row index
column: Starting column index
rowCount: Number of rows

stream: Stream to which to save the text of the sheet

columnDelimiter: Column delimiter string
cellDelimiter: Cell delimiter string
