Specify the alignment of the picture by setting the AlignHorz and AlignVert properties. Specify the style of the picture, such as whether it is stretched or tiled, by setting the Style property. Specify whether some portions of the picture are transparent by setting the TransparencyColor property.
When the picture specified by the Image property changes, the PictureChanged event occurs.
