Peforms the Clipboard cut action.

Parameters

sender: Object on which the action occurred

Return Value

Boolean: true if successful; otherwise, false

Remarks

If the sender is a SpreadView object, it is used to get the undo state (active sheet, selection, and so on.) and raise the events during the operation.
