StartAnnotationMode Method

Starts annotation mode.

Starts the mode that allows users to draw free-hand on the shapes layer.

StartAnnotationMode(Boolean)	Starts annotation mode while specifying whether to close figures when a new drawing is started.

Remarks

Annotation mode allows the user to draw in free-hand mode on the shapes layer and to save the annotation on the sheet as a shape.
