Starting and Using the Designer

To run the Spread Designer, double-click the SpreadJSDesigner.exe file in the designer folder.

Once you have opened the SpreadJS Designer, you can edit the spreadsheet provided using the available menu options. For more information, see Working in the Designer. If you have an existing file spreadsheet file you want to open, open it using the instructions in Opening and Saving Files. You can open existing Excel-formatted (.xls and .xlsx), comma-delimited (.csv), and Spread files (.ssjson) files.
