Spread Designer Status Bar

The status bar provides information about the mode of the Spread Designer and the status of the control. It appears at the bottom of the window. Most of the time, the status is "Ready". If you have the cursor over a toolbar button, it will display the text tip for that part of the interface, as shown in this example when the cursor is over the Print button.

This example also shows that the Spread Designer is in design mode and that learn mode is off. You may hide the status bar by toggling the display from the menu choice View > Status Bar.
