Spread Designer

To customize grid lines

In the Spread Designer,

1. From the Sheet menu, choose Grid Lines or press the Grid Lines button ( ) on the sheet toolbar.
2. On the Grid Lines tab in the Sheet Settings dialog box,
   1. To hide horizontal grid lines, clear the Show Horizontal Lines check box under Settings.
   2. To hide vertical grid lines, clear the Show Vertical Lines check box under Settings.
   3. To display grid lines as dotted, clear the Make Grid Lines Solid check box under Settings.
   4. Choose the Apply button.
3. From the Book menu, choose Display and the Display tab.
   1. Select the appropriate setting from the Back Color Displays area.
   2. Choose the OK button.
4. From the Sheet menu, choose Sheet Colors or press the Sheet Colors button ( ) on the sheet toolbar.
5. On the Sheet Colors tab in the dialog box,
   1. Select the GridColor property from the Property drop-down list box.
   2. Choose the Color button to display the Color dialog box.
   3. In the Color dialog box,
      1. Select a basic color or customize your own color.
      2. Choose the OK button.
   4. Choose the OK or Apply button.
