To delete columns and rows

In the Spread Designer,

1. If you want to delete a column,
   1. Select the column to be deleted using one of the following methods:
      • Click the column header.
      • Select a cell in the column.
   2. From the Edit menu, choose Delete, Column.
2. If you want to delete more than one column,
   1. Select the columns using one of the following methods:
      • Click the first column header and drag to select the columns to be deleted.
      • Select a block of cells across the columns to be deleted.
   2. From the Edit menu, choose Delete, Column.
3. If you want to delete a row,
   1. Select the row to be deleted by using one of the following methods:
      • Click the row header.
      • Select a cell in the row.
   2. From the Edit menu, choose Delete, Row.
4. If you want to delete more than one row,
   1. Select the rows by using one of the following methods:
      • Click the first row header and drag to select the rows to be deleted.
      • Select a block of cells across the rows to be deleted.
   2. From the Edit menu, choose Delete, Row.
