To designate the top row to display

Call the SSShowCell function and set the parameters as follows:

1. Set the Col parameter to SS_HEADER.
2. Set the Row parameter to the number of the top row you want to display.
3. Set the Position parameter to SS_SHOW_TOP_LEFT.
