Spread Designer

To prevent resizing of columns and rows

In the Spread Designer,

1. If you want to prevent resizing of all columns,
   1. From the Sheet menu, choose Headers or press the Headers button ( ) on the Sheet toolbar.
   2. On the Columns tab in the Headers dialog box,
      1. Clear the User Resize check box under Settings.
      2. Choose the OK or Apply button.
2. If you want to prevent resizing of an individual column or multiple columns,
   1. Select the column or columns you want to prevent from being resized.
   2. From the Sheet menu, choose Columns and Rows or press the Columns and Rows button ( ) on the Sheet toolbar.
   3. On the Columns tab in the Column and Row Settings dialog box,
      1. Select the Off option button under Resizable.
      2. Choose the OK or Apply button.
3. If you want to prevent resizing of all rows,
   1. From the Sheet menu, choose Headers or press the Headers button ( ) on the Sheet toolbar.
   2. On the Row tab in the Headers dialog box,
      1. Clear the User Resize check box under Settings.
      2. Choose the OK or Apply button.
4. If you want to prevent resizing of an individual row or multiple rows,
   1. Select the row or rows you want to prevent from being resized.
   2. From the Sheet menu, choose Columns and Rows or press the Columns and Rows button ( ) on the Sheet toolbar.
   3. On the Rows tab in the Column and Row Settings dialog box,
      1. Select the Off option button under Resizable.
      2. Choose the OK or Apply button.
