Spread Designer

To set the width of a column

In the Spread Designer,

1. Set the specific value of a column by completing the following steps:
   1. Click on the column you want to resize.
   2. From the Sheet menu, choose Columns and Rows or press the Columns and Rows button ( ) on the Sheet toolbar.
   3. On the Columns tab in the Column and Rows Setting dialog box,
      1. Type the width of the column in the Col Width box.
      2. Choose the OK or Apply button.
2. Use the mouse to change the width by completing the following steps:
   1. Position the pointer over the column header boundary of the column you want to resize.
   2. When the pointer changes to the resize pointer, press the left mouse button and drag the boundary to resize the column.
