To provide column IDs

1. Call the SSSetColID function and set the parameters as follows,
   1. Set the Col parameter to specify the column for which you are setting the ID.
   2. Set ColID parameter to specify the column ID.
2. If you need to return the column number associated with a column ID, call the SSGetColFromID function.
