Spread Designer

To set the scaling method

In the Spread Designer,

1. From the Sheet menu, choose Print Properties to display the Print Properties dialog box.
2. In the Print Properties dialog box,
   1. Select the method from the Method drop-down list box in the Scaling group box.
   2. Type in the BestFitTall, BestFitWide, or ZoomFactor edit boxes based on the Scaling Method selection.
   3. Choose the OK or Apply button.
