Spread Designer

To specify a print page break before a column or row

In the Spread Designer,

1. If you want to specify a print page break before a column,
   1. Select the column by clicking the column header or selecting a cell in the column.
   2. From the Sheet menu, choose Columns and Rows or press the Columns and Rows button ( ) on the Book toolbar.
   3. In the Column and Row Settings dialog box on the Columns tab, select the Column Page Break check box.
   4. Choose the OK or Apply button.
2. If you want to specify a print page break before a row,
   1. Select the row by clicking the row header or selecting a cell in the row.
   2. From the Sheet menu, choose Columns and Rows or press the Columns and Rows button ( ) on the Book toolbar.
   3. In the Column and Row Settings dialog box on the Rows tab, select the Row Page Break check box.
   4. Choose the OK or Apply button.
