Spread Designer

To specify a block of cells as a print range

In the Spread Designer,

1. Select the block of cells you want to print.
2. From the Sheet menu, choose Print Properties to display the Print Properties dialog box.
3. In the Print Properties dialog box,
   1. Under Print, clear the Data Cells Only check box.
   2. Under Range, select the Selected Cells option button.
   3. Choose the OK or Apply button.
