To customize the page view

1. Call the SpvSetPageViewType function.
2. If you set the value parameter to 2 (SPV_VIEWTYPE_PERCENTAGE) in 1, call the SpvSetPageViewPercentage function.
3. If you set the value parameter to 5 (SPV_MULTIPLE_PAGES) in 1, call the SpvSetPageMultiCntH and the SpvSetPageMultiCntV functions.
