To set the scroll bar color and size

Set the SSSetScrollBarColor or SSSetScrollBarSize function. Use the SSSetEnhancedScrollBarColors function if the SSSetAppearanceStyle is set to Enhanced.

Use the SSSetScrollBarStyle function if you wish to use a different style setting from the rest of the control. Apply the appropriate scroll bar functions based on the style setting (classic or enhanced), if you wish to change the colors.
