Spread Designer

To display an ellipsis in a cell

In the Spread Designer,

1. Select a cell or a block of cells of a cell type that can display an ellipsis.
2. Right click the cell or block of cells and choose the cell type from the menu.
   The Cell Type dialog box appears.
3. Select the Ellipses check box.
4. If you chose Currency, Number, or Percent in step 2, select the Left option button under Horizontal Alignment.
5. Choose the OK or Apply button.
