Spread Designer

To span cells

In the Spread Designer,

1. Select a range of cells to span.
2. From the Cell menu, choose Span or press the Span button ( ) on the Cell toolbar.
   The Span dialog box appears.
3. Verify the information in the dialog box, changing the settings if the selected set of cells is not the set of cells to span.
4. Choose the OK button.
